|Recommended: YesWe “Love where we live”. Everyone from office staff to maintenance to grounds keepers to neighbors are very friendly. Work orders handled in timely manner. Had problem with my heat, called office and Kelsey had someone at my door within 15 minutes. The maintenance man, Lacari, had furnace working again within half an hour. Super nice guy and really knows his stuff

|Recommended: YesPleasantly surprised — When moving to a new location there is always a certain amount of uncertainty. Our recent move to Brookridge Heights has left us feeling welcome and pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful during the rental process and has answered all of our questions, guiding us all the way. Issues have been few, and minimal. We certainly feel at home.

|Recommended: NoWorst apartments ever — Way too expensive. These buildings aren’t made for Illinois winter. The furnace is in a closet on the patio. There is no sense of urgency with anyone that works here. They want their money and thats all

We are sorry to see you are unhappy with your stay with us. As we've discussed in our phone calls, you received new windows and casings, new patio door and the entire corner of your apartment building was re-wrapped and re-sided. Midwest Winters can definitely be fierce, and we've discussed your particular unit getting the brunt of those Northern winds. Based on the actions we've already taken to make you as comfortable as possible; we are unsure as to how there is no sense of urgency in regard to investigating your concerns. We have also offered an on-site transfer to another unit that does not face North, as the Winter cold seems to be the largest concern you've brought up. In our previous conversations, you've noted how we've taken care of you, and you've been unsuccessful finding anywhere in the area that can accommodate your needs for housing as we have. At this point, we are unsure why you would not recommend our community and rank our service ratings as the lowest possible when you just recently signed another renewal lease with us.

|Recommended: YesOverall good experience — Everyone is nice, from maintenance to the office worker. Neighbors are nice as well. Would 100 recommend if I knew people looking for a place to live.

We are doing our very best to keep pricing as low as possible - we are also seeing significant increases in expenses to manage the property (property taxes, property insurance, utilities expenses, vendor expenses). We will keep this as a priority in the ever-changing economic climate we are experiencing.
|Recommended: YesBest place for a quiet and happy family life — I've been living at Brookridge Heights Apartments for about 2 years, and I couldn't be happier The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The apartments are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The community amenities, such as the gym and pool, are top-notch and always clean.
The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation highways shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with plenty of parking.
I've had a few maintenance requests, and the team has always responded quickly and efficiently. The management team is also very proactive in addressing any concerns and making improvements to the community.
Overall, I would highly recommend Brookridge Heights Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable place to live. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 stars if I could

|Recommended: YesPeaceful Home — I'm renting an older unit, so there's a lot of minor cosmetic issues, but overall, it's still in good condition. I have brand new carpets, but there's some water damage under the kitchen cabinets, various scuff marks and dings, and the paint job was a bit sloppy. Maintenance wasn't able to fix a few things and just left saying they would make note of it. Staff is friendly and I haven't had any issues with them so far. There's train tracks and an airport nearby, but those haven't bothered me at all. I also haven't had any issues with excessively loud neighbors the only time I hear them is when they're going up or down the stairs outside.
