|Recommended: YesHighly recommend — As a 5 year resident, I could not be happier living here. I am single female in her 50s and I feel safe while here. If I want to be involved in opportunities provided by the apartment staff, I could. The only two challenges are proximity of parking now that the new Manhattans are built, and there are one or two items noticeable only by me that could be improved as far as construction quality. Nobody notices except me.

|Recommended: YesGreat place, good potential — The place where the apartments are is beautiful and peaceful. The price is fair for what is included like gym, pool and the activities that we love. We also really appreciate the fact that pets are allowed. The staff is amazing and very helpful every single time. There is space for improvement, the noise insulation between apartments is not great, parking is available most of the time but not always and there are some green areas that can be used better BBQ area, small plantations for residents . Good that there is a charging point for EV but I wish it was free for residents.

|Recommended: YesNoise — Noise between walls are very thin and can hear outside the walls. Construction with the two by fours are not 16 inches apart so it very hard to hang heavy objects on the wall.
